weight and shape

One one hand I'm really happy. On the other I know I still have a ton of work to do.

As of the weigh in on Nov. 1st I weigh what I did when I got pregnant. I also reached a 25 pound total loss since after Luke was born. (That doesn't count what I lost giving birth and the after-birth stuff.)

As cool as that is...my SHAPE is NOT what it was when I got pregnant! So here are my goals for November.

I will lose the 8 remaining pounds to my original goal.

I will still run but focus (more than usual) on strength training.

With that strength training I will do a lot of core and ab training.

Congratulations!!! 25 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. It is great to set goals, that is the only way to get shit done!!

Well Elise, you look totally awesome! I'm sure you will have that 8 pounds off in no time. Nothing seems to stop you once you set your mind to it! Congrats on your 25 pounds - it really shows!

Elise, 25 pounds is awesome! I can't wait to see what your total is on weigh in day. Strength training is a great way to get rid of those pounds. I hope you do well.
